Refund Policy

Practical AI in Action provides digital products, including downloadable toolkits, templates, videos, training modules, and related educational materials.

Digital products

Because digital products are delivered or made available immediately, purchases are generally final once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or streamed.

You may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if:

You were charged more than once for the same order.
You purchased the product accidentally and have not downloaded or accessed it.
You did not receive access to the product.
A technical problem prevents you from accessing or using the product, and we cannot correct the problem.
The product received is materially different from its description at the time of purchase.

Before issuing a refund for an access or technical problem, we may offer a replacement file, corrected download link, or other reasonable assistance.

Refunds will not normally be provided because:

You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product.
You no longer need the product.
You expected features or services that were not included in the product description.
You lack the software, equipment, internet connection, or technical ability required to use the product.
You completed or substantially used the training materials.
You violated the product’s license terms or attempted to share, copy, resell, or redistribute it.
